Preschool children like rhythm music, songs about numbers, ABC's, colors, animals, seasons, and songs that tell them to do activities (like hop on one foot, jump or pretend to be something)

Many tapes or CD's will tell the appropriate age for the music or song.

Check the children's section at the library.  They may have some you can check out.
