Testicles are the primary reproductive organs in males where sperm and testosterone are produced.  Sperm cells are produced through meiosis by spermatogonia and travel to the epididymus (on the top of the t******e) for maturation before leaving the scrotal sac through the vas deferens.  

Also in your testicles are Sertoli cells, which provide nourishment for developing spermatozoans, and Leydig cells which produce testosterone.
