What are my alternate job options? (Need an Indian perspective)?

Question

I have a total of sales experience of 8 years. Four of these are in the ad sales dept of a media company (television network). I wish to get out of sales as it is really getting to me to do the hardsell every day. What are my options with the kind of experience I have? My previous 2 companies were involved in event management and FMCG.

Anyone with similar work experience who has switched industries/job profiles would be the ideal person to answer my question. I am really interested in movies and content acquisition. Any possibility of getting into something like this considering my current profile.
