a Beckett price guide should have all of these cards. If the set is listed, but not the card, it's considered a common.

But, cards today are over priced and artificially inflated by huge retail prices.  

Jersey cards or bat cards are a niche market, I wouldn't pay a dime for them, but others would.

Check ebay for comparable cards.

The real answer is "whatever someone is willing to pay for them." You can also look on eBay to see what they're going for.
