Well if they can prove that you intended to have s*x with her.... (like finding condoms in your pockets or something like that) then you can get arrested. Other than that, you can just say that you wanted her company or for her to go on a date with you which I doubt is the truth. Good luck and now you know.

If you did not pay her for purposes of prostitution you have not done anything illegal. If you hired her to have s*x you can get busted.

None if you are only paying for an escort and not for s*x. If its a reputable agency I hate to tell you that you probably will not get anything more then a pretty girl for company for the night.
