What are my chances of conception?

Okay I am 20 years old, came off the pill about 3 months ago. Did it with bf for past 5 days, quite a bit and felt ovulation pains yesterday and the day before. I wasnt sure whether ovulation pains occur before the egg is ready to be fertilised and it is just coming out of the ovary and travelling down the tube, or what? Just wondered if anyone could advise me of my chances. Thanks, Olivia.

Ovulation pains are when you actually ovulate. From when you and your boyfriend made love you have a good chance of conceiving. Bear in mind even with perfect timing there is only a 20% chance each month that you will conceive. Good luck, baby dust xx

Well the math adds up. Looks like it could be a good chance. Just a note if you are trying to get pregnant if you have s*x too often it lowers his sperm count and could lower your chances. I am 24 weeks pregnant right now! Good Luck!
