  1. wellll physical numbers are one thing. but u need success to think about a scholarship.

i do know that   1 in 10000 make it to the pros though

  2. Based on that limited info you gave I'd say zero to none.  6'1" is on the smaller side, 4.7 average to below average, throw a football 50 yards would be far below average (I played OL at a division 3 college and I could throw a football more than 50 yards).

  3. keyword jv, no chance in h**l

  4. Yah dude, that's way premature of a question to be asking.

I don't care if you can throw the ball 50 yards if you can't read a defense.

Physical traits can only take you so far.  The most successful QB's hit the books hard and study film.

Plus you won't even get a scout to consider you until you make the Varsity squad.  So take it one step at a time.

  5. Slim to none. If you are a sophomore and you aren't competing for the varsity position you have to ask yourself some questions. Are the Q.B.'s on the varsity the top Q.B.'s in your state? If not, and you aren't starting over them already I would think that Division 1 may be a stretch. My advice is to keep playing for the love of the game and get good grades. If you do that you may end up getting a partial scholarship to a lower division school. The opportunity to play and get a degree is paramount. Besides there's always the chance that you might develop some outstanding skills in the next 2 years and Division 1 may come calling anyway. If that happens, don't think about becoming a Pro to decide what school to go to because the odds of that are less than getting the D-1 scholarship. Go to the school that offers the most prestige from an academic stand point. Good Luck.
