I seriously doubt you would get approved.  Like someone earlier said, the GI Bill money is limited and it's supposed to help pay for your school.  So that will not have much weight.  

If your only other income is child support, that won't help either because that money is dependent on a 3rd party to continue paying that.

Just rent, graduate college, get a decent job, then get a house.
