What are my chances of getting into UCLA, UCSD, UCI, and other prestigious universities?

I am going to be a junior in high school and have maintained a 4.35 GPA. I have taken honors classes throughout my high school tenure, but have yet to take my SATs or an AP class. I am planning on taking AP English, AP Calculus, AP Physics, and AP Economics during my final two years. I have been involved in student government every year and plan to be president senior year. I have been MVP and Captain of golf for consecutive seasons and I tutored for about 100 hours last year. Do I have a chance at a top-notch UC? Is a full-ride scholarship within my reach?

First, I have to ask, how do you have a 4.35, especially if you have never taken an AP class?
