What are my chances of getting into UCLA,UCSD or UCBerkeley? please rate in a scale of 1-10?

You certainly look competitive.  Don't just give a litany of your extracurriculars--make sure there is some "sense" in why you did what you did, and you should have evidence of leadership positions in many of these activities.  Of course, your SAT total scores will mean a lot, but you look good for that.

Be sure to identify why you want a particular school--and just being a top school is NOT enough.  Why is Berkeley on your list?  Go through the website and other material and make a compelling case.  Also, what can YOU offer each school?  You need to again give a good case of what you can offer the freshman class of which you want to be a part.  

Work on getting your letters of rec VERY early, as you need very good letters that demonstrate the writers know you and your work.
