Question:

What are my chances of getting into boston university and northeastern?

I have a 3.4 gpa weighted and a 1860 SAT (27 ACT). I am currently inthe process of publishing a book, am organizing a walk for autism, was vice president of a BBYO (Jewish Organization) for two year; i'm, also, captain of my varsity swim team. any help?

  1. alright well for northeastern I'd say that your chances are extremely high, although I'd recommend applying early action (its not binding but it takes a load off your mind just incase), and they tend to be easier on requirements.

    for BU, it depends on if you're applying to the general school or not. The general school you'd probably get into, and then could switch later on if you proved yourself with good grades. As for the specialized schools within BU, you might have a bit of a harder chance.

    Make sure to take AP's etc, and if your SAT's are highest in writing, try and make math and critical reading higher, writing counts for not much.


  2. I would say you are probably in pretty good shape for both.

    Both are larger schools that are not all that difficult to get admission to.

    Also, I am assuming you are Jewish. Take a shot at Brandeis.
