I’ve gone on a lot of cruises. The only time I’ve gotten laid is when I did a week long singles cruise but I’m not very aggressive with women. I went with a coworker to Mexico last year and he got laid. The girl just had a baby she says is by him. You’ll have a better chance then in a normal situation but you’ll still have to work for it. If you’re not attractive or charismatic then you probably won’t be having any s*x with strangers.
