What are my chances of getting my money back ?

My money got stolen from one of those Atms machines of bank of america it was $250 dollars. I made the claim already and they said they were going to deposit the money in my account while they did an investigation. What are my chances in winning this investigation? What else Can I do ? I call customer service and made a claim. Should I go speak with the manager of that bank?

WHAT??>!  I'm never putting money into the ATM again!  Speak to a manager!  They have video cameras at the ATM's, maybe they could have see you put the money in?  Insist on them doing everything they can do to help you.

Wait I'm confused...  did it take you're $250 or did it just take your $10 - I wouldn't be as mad it if was just $10 but even so you need to talk to a manager if that is happening.  They need to be aware of problems at their ATM's.

Besides...  They'd be off $10 (or $250) on the day you deposited that money.  They'd notice.
