What are my chances to pregnant?

i have pco so im taking metformin 3 x a day, i i take clomiphene citrate (clomid) + hcg shot + iui (first time) my follicle had 18mm size at the left ovaries but according to the ultasound my left fallopian tube is blocked.

what are the chances? i really want to have a baby.

If your tube is blocked on the side you ovulated chances aren't too good this cycle =(  But next cycle you'll likely ovulate from your right overy so chances will be better.  Good luck!!!
