What are my chances to teach in USA, am an accountant, with MBA degree, now taking up 39 units SPED courses?

The 39 units SPed certification Course am presently taking up includes 240 hours of actual classroom teaching. Am also wondering if i need to take up education units and or do i have to pass the Teacher's Licensure Exam to increase my chances of teaching in the USA?

if you are talking about k-12 and you are h1b visa worker from india or china it is very unlikely that you will get hired. k-12 education is one job area where typically the only people that ever get hired are american born citizens.
