What are my legal rights if i have been discriminated against by fellow co-workers?

  1. None, unless the 'discrimination' is of the sort prohibited by the laws where you work.

    They might include: Race, Disability, Gender, Perceived Sexuality, Age, Religion, etc.

    If they discriminated because they do not like you or you have blue eyes then there is no remedy


  2. take your complaint to the equall oppertunity commission

  3. discriminated in what way? co-workers vs. management might be two totally different situations. what you consider discrimination may not fall in the same category as the government determines for employment discrimiation

  4. Take your complaint to the Human Resource Department

  5. Discriminated against in what way?  I don't see how this could happen.  If they have been rude to you because of your race, gender, age, abilities, or religion, then you have a case of harrassment, but not discrimination.
