Go to this website.  http://www.5linx.net/stephanie.  Go to 'products', then 'voip' and go thru the process.  This will allow you to make phone calls thru the internet so you don't need a landline.  You can pick your plans and if you want to be able to see who you are talking to, get the videophone.  Also, if you just want internet only, you can go to the same website,  go to 'products' then 'internet'. put in your address and it'll give you a list of providers in your area and you can order it.
