  1. Why did your ex husband get sole custody? Was there a visitation schedule outlined in the custody order? If there was and he is still not allowing you to see her then you need to contact the police and ask them to intervene. If there was no visitation schedule ordered or he has sole custody due to some sort of issue with you like you had no where to live or no way to provide for the child then you need to fix whatever the issues were and then petition the court for a modification of custody. Go in to court with proof that you have a stable environment for your child and if there is a visitation order in place make sure you make the court aware that your ex has violated it. If you did get the police involved bring the police report with you as well. You still have full parental rights over your daughter and you should be allowed to see her as long as you have a safe home for her to live in. Good luck!
