I apparently grabbed the wrong package of cucumber, and now i have pickle bush (bush pickle). I'm not sure what they're good to eat with or anything. Any suggestions?

  1. Chop up the cucumbers, mix them with scallions, sour cream, garlic and soya sauce. Its delicious.

  2. I grow them ..national pickling cucmbers ..is the variety as well as english burpless too...The pickling I love to eat just as they are ..Put them in the fridge and cool them off..eat skin and all..do not peel..They will grow big and round and about 6 inches ..but I pick mine at about 3 to 4 inches long..just fresh with a little salt is great ..or with tomatoes sliced up, mozzarella cheese..and a touch of balsamic vinegar is great.. Do not worry..eat them like you would a regular cucmber..they are great and very prolific

  3. they are an excellent alternative to vibrators and much more enviromentally friendly, hence the name "bush pickle"

  4. Eat them like regular cucumbers.

  5. do you mean seeds? or a plant?

If they are seeds ,plant them and when you have the plants pick the pickles and put them in vinegar inside jars, if you have the plants , do the same . You can eat them raw but they are better pickled with a bit of dill , or a clove of garlic and a bay leaf..
