  1. Work with your employer and get paid.  Meanwhile start looking for another job.  A bouce paycheck is a red flag that your employer is having problems in managing the business.  I have met several workers with the same problem such as yours and usually this will happen again and again.


  2. First route, try and get them to repay you. Second route, small claims court or a class action if it happened to numerous people. Don't be a hard head, it won't do much good. And don't expect more than your owed.

  3. You need to get them to pay you back.  You can sue if necessary.  However, once your employer owes you more than $2000, stop working.  $2000 is the amount of wages that would be guaranteed if your employer files for bankruptcy.
