  3. Here's what helps:  cutting back on starches and refined grains, eating more very lean protein but balanced with veggies and fruits, enough fat (do NOT cut it out) but from olive oil, avocados and nuts.  

    Mild exercise--overdoing will make you more tired.  Fish oil helps, and you should examine if you are suffering from depression as that makes you fatigued.  Losing weight will also help, as you are obviously carrying around less.  

    You should be checked for anemia and thyroid imbalances, as this can cause fatigue.  That is really critical as a first step.

  9. You have to actually figure out why your are fatigue it may be your diet or lacking a vitamin or supplement such as zinc, or vitamin C.   10. Drinking plenty of water in between meals might perhaps help as dehydration or insufficient water is a common cause of fatigue.  Most people don't drink enough water.
