Pastoral resources are sermons, study tools such as concordences, christian dictionaries, and just any thing that will help the pastor at doing His job, Obviously the younger the Pastor the more resources he needs to be better at doing his duties, As he grows in experience he would not need as much but you can never learn to much about the Lord, India's Pastors need resources the same as Pastors anywhere else, the more they learn the better equipped they are to perform their jobs.
