  1. Most are misdemeanors, punishable by a fine of between $50-$500 and/or community service.  If there is property damage you could be liable for all costs, plus a penalty.

Multiple misdemeanors may equal a felony depending on jurisdiction.

  2. You are looking at ALOT of fines here. Um.. I can't tell you specifically because I do not live in MI sorry.

  3. A. Criminal trespassing (fine)

    B. Littering, possible criminal damage to a vehicle. (fine) (damages)

    C. Possible criminal damage to a vehicle. (fine, jail time, damages)

    D. Criminal damage to a residence. (fine, damages)

    E. Criminal trespassing, littering. (fine)

    F. Criminal trespassing. (fine)

All states vary. Some have criminal mischief ordinances and also propelling missiles, (throwing things).

The fines are any where from 50 to 500 dollars, but the addition to destroying someones property, could be a whole lot more. Everytime you are arrested as a juvenile the penalty becomes stiffer and you risk the chance of actually being sent to a detention center.
