A madras is pretty refreshing.  Cranberry, vodka, spalsh of OJ.  

Also, if you want to have  a low amount of sugar with good taste still, I like to drink vodka and soda with lime or vodka and water with a lime.

Also, Mojitos and Key lime pie martinis are delicious.

mojito-muddled mint leaves with a tad of simple syrup, bacardi, a splash of sweet and sour, a splash of seven up, and a splash of roses lime juice, splash of malibu with 3 squeezed lime slices.  

Orange mojito- A good spin on it is to leave out all lime products and replace with grand marnier and an orange slice.

Key lime pie (my recipe may be different from the classic)- splash of melon liquer, splash of malibu, touch of half and half, vanilla vodka (about a 6 count), splash of rose's lime juice, splash of sweet and sour.  (at the bar where I work, we have graham cracker crumbs in the rimmer, especially for putting a graham cracker rim around the key lime pie martinis).  Give it a hard shake because the half &half will make a thick foam that represents the maringue on a real key lime pie.  Delicious and refreshing.

Adios Mother F***er. hahaha...originated in socal...dont' find it much west of cali, though in vegas it's around:) The gist of it is tequila, vodka, gin, blue curacao, and  sprite:) SO GOOD! and the name is VERY VERY true
