  1. My tennis elbow is starting to flair up since I love tight strings or high tension so I passed on my pair of Wilson 6.1 Tour 90 frames to my doubles partner. He leaded them up at 3,6,9, & 12 and strung them with BB ALU rough 16 at max +2 and loves em. He is hitting better than he was with his Volkl DNX10 Mid 93's which was really good and an improvement over his Wilson NTour 95's.

Oh sorry just noticed you asked about the team not the tour. I demoed the team and found it to be nice but too light. So I would have leaded up bigtime and gone high tension with gut per usual. I didn't like the feel as much as the Tour 90 which is why i went with them instead. Now I have a pair of ProKennex Kinetic Pro 5G's at 64 with Wilson Natural gut 16 and feel that i will be adding some lead soon. Hit with them once so far. Nice frames no arm pain. I tried the Head Liquidmetal 4, Yonex MP3i, Gamma 310, and Fischer Carbon Tour as well. The Fischers went to a buddy from work for half price and the Gamma is great but gave me a distinct tinge after just 30 minutes of playing 2 10 point tiebreakers winning both mind you 10-8, 10-8. Loved the feel and the construction of the frame, and good looking cosmetically too but needs to go. Although I have never hit my slice serve better. Ok I'll keep it.  I'll keep the rest since they are tennis elbow and shoulder injury frames. Now I will look like a real hack. A pair of PK's and 4 other individual frames. Well I think alot of players have numerous frames just for shiggles and like hitting or volleying or serving or playing with one at certain times.

You can't go wrong with Wilson frames if you don't have any arm issues.

  2. I like it. It has good power and maneuverability and I can control the speed and power of the ball pretty easily. I have 2 friends that have this racquet, and they love it.
