Well that is sort of a tough question to answer, but I will try!  The economy is quite strong here now (although inflation is high) and because of the weak peso, it is a good value for tourists.  So, a popular job here is in the tourism industry - working in a hotel, restaurant, or tourist attraction.  Retail sales jobs are popular too and, because of the low cost of labor, many call centers are based here - inbound and outbound, both in English and in Spanish.
