i say pink or maybe even a lilac purple that would be pretty and if you do the lilac purple just to spruce it up even more you could make roses or butterflies on the wall with a stencil. for the rose stems and leaves u can use a nice pale green and maybe a pastel pink or something that would compliment the purple background. and butterflies can be any color you desire. i hoe this helped.

But try some pastel colours

Like blue, green, yellow

Try and make it something not too babyish because when your she grows up and u don't have time or can't afford to paint the room again make sure that its appropriate even if she gets older if your tight on money.

I did my daughter's room in lavender with pink trim. It was nice, but if I have another daughter in the future, I want to do the walls in a mint green or pastel green with lavender or light purple trim and curtains.

I did my baby girls room in pink with a pretty purple trim then I stensiled in baby doll and teddy bears all the way around the room instead fo using border.  It turned out so beautiful.  The local news paper actually took a pic and published it and I got a lot of wonderful response.
