What are problems foreigners see in America and what are campaigns they can implement to rectify the problem?

Foreigners are currently only aware of what the media shows them, and if this is all they see, then they think we are racist, capitalists, and indulgent. How we can solve the problem is to get back to real journalism...remember the news where you learned about an event without a bias from the reporter or the network? That was reporting. Now, they are cranking out agendas more than anything else.
