What are pros and cons of fake teeth and real teeth?

If there is any way to save you own real teeth... Do it.

If they are beyond repair, dentures are not that bad to have.

True, they take a little time to get used to, but having dentures is far better than having no teeth at all.  

I just got dentures about a month ago, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.  When you use the proper amount of adhesive, you can almost forget that you even have dentures.

You just have to make sure you go to a Dentist, or Oral Surgeon that has a reputation for making good teeth.  If they take the time to do things right, you should have no real problem making the transition from your own teeth to dentures.

well I know that fake teeth change your smile and it will never be the same smile u had all your life..food gets trapped up under the plates...the top teeth are never right...if you laugh to hard you might loose them...   pros well if you need them then they are a lot better than no teeth.. but they do say that you can still have like tooth aches still ...  I only have partials and i hate them... my mom has had false teeth for awhile now and she is the one that does all the complaining but her whole mouth structure is different her smile is not the same ,,keep an eye on people with false teeth and there smiles all look the same..
