What are psi balls?

i have heard a lot about them but i can't understand what they are actually?

I'm still just learning to do them properly though...

It's like a ball that you make with your hands using psi (or psychic) energy. It's a pure mind over matter thing. You have to be careful though, it is actually very easy to trick yourself to thinking you can feel/see them.

Once made, you can make them do pretty much anything. I mean, they are just balls of energy.

Psi balls are what some people say they create by concentrating while looking at their hands.  They are apparently concentrated energy of some sort.  Curiously, psi balls only appear to those who create them and are unable to manifest themselves in any manner independent of the subjective experience of their creator.

Okay, just kidding. A "psi ball" is an ostensible ball of psychic energy, hence a "psi ball". I attached a link about what they are supposed to be and how to make them. But I will add that it is all an exercise in self-deception. Nobody has ever been able to demonstrate that psi balls actually exist and the exercise in creating one is certainly conducive to generating haptic illusions, or illusions of touch or force. The brain/body has no absolute standard against which to measure force, so it is easy to fool yourself into thinking you're feeling a force, especially small forces. And if you're sitting in one place, holding your arms extended for long periods of time, you're probably going to feel tingling too, for very natural reasons. And finally, if you're visually focusing for long periods of time, retinal fatigue can lead to optical illusions where you think you're seeing something you're not. Anyhow, if you're able to create one that can be objectively measured under controlled conditions, you'll be the very first person to do that and you'll be famous. So good luck.

I know these weren't psy balls..but I just recently got a forward. I t was pictures of people "holding the sun in their hands." they looked like round balls of fire. It was so neat and I wished I could send it to all the "psi ball posters". I don't know what a psi ball is or what it would look like....but I think they might look like the ones in these pictures.
