  1. Most of the times the questions deal with character, background, experience, & judgment issues.  You'd want to ask how well prepared they are for the position?  Cite examples of what they've done on projects similar to the ones they'll be handling for your company.  

    You can get into specifics > say for example, what types of budget development work have you performed?  Or, how would you measure success?  Ask also about their knowledge of the software your company uses, & their proficiency.  What they bring to the table that makes them the best candidate.

    You also want to assess who well they will work with others.  Cite examples of being a team player.  How do you deal with people you have a disagreements with?  Can you work with a diverse group of individuals?  

    Be sure to take notes & compare & contrast those who are best qualified.
