What are "Conservatives" conserving anymore?

A wide open bordered, half populated by Mexicans, abortion on demanded, media cesspool of cheap s*x and violence all over, working more and more for less, systematic middle class families being ripped off every which way by corporations or government illegal taxation, family farms killed,

what is it you stand for besides being holed up in your house watching Faux news celebrity p**n and being afraid of elusive 'terrorists' swimming across the atlantic with knives in their mouths?

Despite the highly insulting nature of your question, I will answer it with "family values and faith in God" are there to save or fight for. They are the basis for everything else going right in this world in my opinion.

Your question was insulting because of the last paragraph. Re-read it and think about it. You asked what is left to save or fight for. That's the part of your question I answered. When I look around me, I still see family values and faith in God, therefore I am conserving them. I don't know where you live, but where I live those things are alive and well.

Most of the moms in my neighborhood stay at home (don't work outside the home), cook every night, the father coaches baseball, kids don't go to "gov't schools," going to church is something you do to thank God for your blessings (not to make yourself feel better). Face it, you don't know me, and you don't know most conservatives. You are DEAD WRONG this time.

Certainly NOT energy, that's for sure.

I think the fact that they continue to mock Obama's common-sense suggestions for saving oil, like keeping our tires inflated and setting the thermostat a little higher in the summer, only proves that they are not qualified to address the energy crisis.  Their only answer is "drill more", which doesn't address the long-term solution needed for the problem.

Again, for folks who haven't heard... Bush and McCain are NOT conservatives. The real conservatives would appreciate it if everyone would STOP equating their policies and actions with "conservatism."

Conservatives don't triple the size of the Federal government, launch pre-emptive wars, or openly attack the US Constitution.

And, to answer your question, the true conservatives are TRYING to restore said Constitution, and the Republic it was written to protect.

Sadly, we are fighting an uphill battle against our own party, the globalists who control BOTH political parties, and the poor misled masses who still believe in the legitimacy of the bipartisan paradigm.
