Bones is probobly the best skateboard bearing company, they sell Red, swiss, and many others. They don't use the ABEC rating system, they use a skate rated system. To find out more check out:  http://www.bonesbearings.com/support/abe...

bones!!! it depends how much u wanna spend bones reds are the cheaper ones and bone swiss are the best ever made

abecs are good but bones are probably the best

depends on your budget

bones reds spin for about 12 seconds and would be good choice for lower cost bearings or there is bones swiss, more expensive but your wheels will spin for a good 18 seconds
