Question:

What are "unparticles"?

I've read a few articles on "unparticles," but I don't exactly understand what they are. I realize this is a relativaly new concept in the scientific community might not be known by many. All my question is asking for is as close as a definite answer as I can get or at least a general statement on what they are.
