  1. It would easier to say if I knew your location, but i'll give an average from where i've lived. Currently, I live in Nashville, but I grew up in Detroit, and in both areas, the normal rates for preschool were about 110 to 140 a week. I also don't know the age you're looking for. Infants will be the most expensive and the price is usually high wherever you go. The price goes down for every year they're older.

That's about all I can answer for now. I'm sorry I didn't have all the information to answer specifically. Hope I helped! Also, i've included a link with US averages, so that should help more than I could.

    Best of luck!

  2. I live in New Jersey (south jersey), and rates run from 160 to 220 a week.  Inner city daycares run from 90 to 110 a week.

  3. On Long Island in NY the going rate for Infants in a Center is at least $300/week. The rates go down slightly as the children get older. It is slightly less in a day care home.

  4. Well since I don't know where you are. You could call around to the daycares in you area and ask for their rate sheet, they should be able to fax you one. It is always higher for infants, and it decreases as the child get older. Some daycares also offer a discount if you have more than one child attending.
