i am gng for an insurance company interview.nd the role is client service in branch and selling insurance products.they are gng to take a role play interview.Can anybody pls help me that what is asked in role play.will the role play will be related to the insurance? i have no idea..pls help..

They will ask you to pretend you are in a certain situation

eg, a customer wants to make an insurance claim on a car

They will be looking for general customer service skills and how you 'think' you would deal with the claim
