I am analyzing Their Eyes Were Watching God by zora neale hurston for school and i was wondering what quotes were most significant to describe both the setting and the characters in the book. I am looking to focus most on the characters of Janie, Tea Cake, Jody and Pheoby. For the setting i am looking for quotes that you think are most critical to the understanding of the setting of the story. Page numbers would be appreciated with the quotes, Thanks =)
