1) Whenever you think about something over and over again and you can't get it out of your mind.

2) When you can't do the normal things you do everyday. Like you get less sleep or forget about eating meals.

Blaming anything else straight up before admitting to things.

Saying "You don't believe me anyway."

Saying "Are you calling me a liar?"

Saying that someone else said so.

Trying to avoid the topic altogether.
