What are signs of stomach ulcers? and how are they caused?

my stomach has been hurting really bad and i am a worry wart;

and i just got my belly button pierced and had to take it out because

it got infected. could that cause one? if not how are they cause;

because im kind of worried i have one..

Ulcers cause stomach pain and heartburn on a regular basis.

Ulcers are caused from the H Pylori bacteria.  You will need a blood test.  If you have that particular bacteria your doctor will give you a series of antibiotics.
