What are simple directions to creating a yahoo account?

I have started a group for our beach association and I want to print out directions on how to start a yahoo account if they don't already have one. Does anyone know simple directions? Thanks!

simple form really. all you need is the web address, fill it out and then when on yahoo sites, you just sign in.
