  4. You can't safely lose 15 pounds of fat in only a month.  You can lose 4-8 pounds of water weight and then MAYBE 1-4 pounds of fat.  But you're talking about losing half a pound a day, and there's no way to do that safely.

    What you can do is stick with a balanced diet.  Breakfast should have some protein and/or dairy, fruit, healthy fat, and bread or cereal.  Lunch should have protein, 1 or 2 servings of fruits and/or vegetables, healthy fat, and bread/rice/whole grain type stuff.  Dinner is pretty much the same as lunch, with maybe a larger serving of protein and including dairy.

    Drink lots of water.  And unfortunately, you're going to have to exercise.  You can tone up the muscles in your legs and abs in a month if you work at it.  Toned muscles take up less room than muscles that aren't exercised.  So you can lose inches without losing weight and still look good in a bathing suit.

    Just don't try to crash diet.  If you don't eat a balanced diet and if you don't get enough calories every day, your body will go into "starvation mode."  When this happens, EVERYTHING you eat is stored as fat and your body burns the sugars stored in your liver and proteins from your muscles to get energy.  You won't actually lose weight, other than water, and you'll GAIN body fat.
