  1. Speed.  It's the most fun.  It's sorta complicated to explain by typing it, but here goes:

Ok, so you lay 5 cards face down on the left, then 1 card face down next to that pile...then 1 more single card face down.  Then 5 more face down.  So the pile from left to right goes... 5 cards, 1 card, 1 card, 5 cards.

Then, you count out 5 cards to deal each player.  The remainder of the cards are evenly divided between the two players and are used to grab if you play one of the 5 in your hand.

Ok, so, you must have 5 cards in your hand at all times, thus, your extra cards you and your opponent divided.  So when you play one, you immediately replenish it with one from your excess pile.

This game is played at the same time... in other words, you don't take turns.  You just play the cards as fast as you have a move trying to race your opponent to be the first one to play ALL your cards... even the excess ones.

In the pile of 5,1,1,5 cards on the table, you turn one of the single cards in the middle and your opponent does the same simultaneously.  Then start playing as fast as you can on either or both cards in the middle of the table.

Ok, so if a 3 is turned over, you could play the number before it (a card w/ a 2) or you could play the exact same card (a 3) or you could play a 4.  Ignore all colors and suites.  In the instance of a king, you can play a king, queen or ace. The first player completely out of cards shouts, "Speed!" and they win that round.

I hope this is not utterly confusing.  Have fun if you can translate my instructions.  :)

  2. -Speed is a really good game, along with double speed

    -War

    -Slapjack

    -Spit

  3. the game i reccommend is the yu-gi-oh tcg (trading card game) just go to any store and buy whats called a structure deck. they include many good cards for a good price. a rulebook is included with each structure deck, so dont worry about the rules being left out.
