What are some American TV shows that are broadcasted in Germany?

a whole bunch.. even Hogan's Heroes, Roseanne, Fresh Prince, Scrubs, Drawn Together, Daily Show with John Stewart, 24, Naked Gun, and funny enough even Celebrity Rehab on MTV is gonna show up here soon! Ha, I already watched it in the US so i know how it ends lol. Pretty much every show that is/was successful in the US.

But one thing is: The shows are never as funny as they are in english.. a lot gets lost in translation.

shows - none, sometimes parts of it in shows like "best of .....whatever...."

but loads of movies, series, system shows are made up into german,  like superstar/Talent search, topmodel (heidi Klum).

German TV carries just about all of the prime time shows from the US. My wife watches the different CSI series, Eureka, the Ghost whisperer, Medium, Heroes, Lost, Surface... just to name a few. The only things to remember are that they are dubbed into German, so you don't get the original language and it is typically 1 season behind (We get season 1 while the US is showing season 2).

Add Grey´s Anatomy, South Park, Family Guy, and the Simpsons to the list-all in the Deutsch language.

We also have MTV and the E Channel where most of the programs are in the English language!

I love to watch Simpsons and Family Guy in German, it is sooo funny.
