What are some Art Universities?

In America and in Europe that are good...?

And that have graphic design that I can study and photography...

Also, what kind of portfolio would be needed???

Syracuse University has a strong art program. You can study the subjects you are interested in by applying to Newhouse school of Public Communications or the college of the Visual and Performing Arts (VPA). They offer programs in these areas and the student body here is very diverse and friendly. I am a junior at the VPA and my major is painting which falls under the fine arts catagory. This univesity was also ranked 53 in a national survey of colleges and univesities. So its not super hard to get in but it is competative. You can ckeck out portfolio requirments and everything else at syr.edu

P.S. They look more at individuality than perfection of work in the portfolio.
