What are some Chinese Sources on the WTO agreement in 1999?

Obviously the sources need to be in English, but im working on a report for college and im having difficulty locating Chinese Viewpoints on the WTO Trade Deal made between China and the United States in 1999. Any help would be great.

China realized the WTO agreement as a way to advance its economy to more markets.  It was already one of the largest producers (manufacturing) in the world, but the 1999 WTO agreement helped it to lessen boundaries set against it by local or national trade laws.  The Chinese did see some negative aspects however.  It was a known precondition for their human rights record to be much better before they were allowed into the organization.  This made it difficult and the Chinese resented WTO (especially US) diplomacy during the time because of it.  The Chinese markets were already integrated well into the WTO structure as many foreign banks and companies already existed in the country.  The WTO agreement helped to legalize relations and foster more trade, all things that would directly benefit the state.  Hope this helps.  This is a really good book, free online.
