  1. Mario Kart DS, the Pokemon games [even mystery dungeon].  


  2. Don't have to or can't? Do you not want to use just the stylus or the touch screen at all?

    Final Fantasy Tactics A2 (D-pad)

    Advance Wars series (D-pad)

    New Super Mario Bros (Fingers, infrequently)

    Final Fantasy 3 (D-pad)

    Bleach (Optional Fingers)

    All I can think of, off the top of my head. Most games will have the option to be at least partiall controlled by the D-pad.
