as long as you have internet on your phone you can go the 3gforfree.com. then you make your own ring tones (you have to have the song you want saved on your computer as a mp3 file). then you put in the part you want as the ring tone and then its done. no fees

try that site, its the only one that works for my Alltel phone, I've tried them all before and none worked. And its FREE, you can upload and make your own ringtones. Been using it for 2 years now
