What are some Ghibli Studios characters I could dress up as for an anime convention?

Preferably female characters that are blonde, or even animal/non-human characters would be fine.

Also looking for any other blonde anime characters.

I don't recall any blond Ghibli Studio characters (to combine what you're looking for) but I think that Princess Mononoke would be cool to cosplay ;-P

Also you may want to try Rosette from Chrono Crusade - she's pretty or maybe Chii from Chobits.
