I'm starting home schooling this year with my kiddo and she Loves projects. I have some ideas but other parents and teachers ideas are Always a great help. We're on a pretty low budget, plus I like teaching that recycling is fun too. Thanks!

  1. you could make a macaroni picture (it is recycled right...lol), weave a basket, make a broom, etc..

  2. You could make puppets out of paper bags (freebies from the grocery store!)  You can make dolls, stuffed animals,  & puppets out of old clothes, towels and socks. Button neclaces. Binoculars or oculars out of toilet paper/paper towel rolls.  Paper Mache hats out of newspaper. Egg carton trees or houses. Make houses out of cardboard milk cartons.

  3. Just get stuff out and let her create.  Also you could look at the supplies you have and decide what you could make out of them.

  4. Just have a bag of all kinds of stuff; bottles, containers, milk cartons,  lables, left over "stuff", etc.  Then whenever you are doing a craft project of something to do with art pull out the bad and let her mind go to work.
