Barbara I am Greek also and i believe you are overreacting, i don't find something wrong in what she said, especially so much wrong to report it. We are not top of the world when it comes to fashion but we are still pretty good and that is called reality.

I think that Michalis Aslanis is not mentioned? Just to add something in the already long list :p.

Ahh, also the designer of the american tv series "s*x and the city" has Greek decent!

I think I saw one Kouros advertisement in a men fashion magazine in France...It is a perfume, I suppose ...It seems to be a greek name, indeed...

Here in Portugal I'm studying humanites because I wanna be diplomate and also I'm model, I work for the "globalmodels" agency which there is in many countries from Europe.

But the true is that It's not a beauty like some people think. For this model world we need to have good mind and learn how to say NOT because they don't care about you, they just wanna use you. So we have to be really smart ;)

About modeling jobs in Greece is not bad because many friends of mine from Portugal are going to Greece to work like model to the Global Elite Agency.

Greece is good about It not like Milan-Italy, but It's really good. My friend went to Greece now and he had a lot of money with modeling jobs there.

In Greece we have so many international designers, like Sophia Kokosalaki, one of the most influential talents on the London style scene. Now, the hottest new designers are setting trends worldwide, including Vasso Konsola, Deux Hommes, and Angelos  Fretzos, who are making headlines around the world. In Athens, on 254 Pireos Street we can find many fashion lines also in kookai.
